Project Scope

The Coulson Residence remodel was a complete gut and rebuild of the kitchen/family room. The former bay window at the sink was changed to a large storefront glass, as was the rear window facing the lake, We removed some interior non load bearing walls to open up the space, installed 24″ x 24&Prime limestone flooring, and installed new custom cherry cabinets with aluminum and glass upper doors. The Owners changed their appliances at this time as well. We installed a custom fireplace/entertainment center, and opened up entranced to the dining room, hall, and foyer with arches. The granite countertops are enhanced by new pendant and recessed lighting, and a new stainless steel island hood.
