Project Scope
This job involved the addition of a wing on the first floor of the existing house, and the complete remodeling of the kitchen. This house was built in the 1920’s and we complied with requirements of the Historic Neighborhoods Commission. The floors are recycled antique heart pine to match existing. A partially vaulted ceiling with perimeter lighting was incorporated, giving a modern feel to the vintage house.
