Project Scope
This job involved the removal of a “builder standard” deck, and the addition of a covered veranda which features a wood burning masonry fireplace (with gas igniter) and TV above the mantle, beadboard ceiling, fiberglass columns with stone bases, stone foundation walls, skylight, and flagstone flooring. We also built an integral cedar pergola and flagstone grilling patio. This project won a silver award in Professional Remodeling&srquo;s “Best of the Best Design Awards 2009” program.
