Project Scope

The Wolbert Residence had an open porch with no sun or rain protection, leading down to an in ground pool. The Owners desired a much more functional three season outdoor living area. We built a veranda roof over the existing porch, incorporated a stepped down outdoor kitchen with grill, refrigerator, icemaker and sink. All flooring including steps and pool deck are exterior rated ceramic tile. We refurbished the pool with new coping, pebble textured interior, lights, and a new waterfall. The roof of the veranda serves as a walkout balcony. All handrails are powder coated aluminum. The veranda ceiling is cedar t&g. The veranda includes recessed lighting, built in speakers, provision for TV, and radiant space heaters.
